Senior Leadership Award

This award recognizes a senior-level commercial real estate professional who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and long-term commitment to excellence in property operations and organizational performance.  Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, property management and managing property teams.  This individual oversees the management and operations of a minimum of 3 or more separately located properties or a minimum of 1mm square feet of property in one location. During the past year, this may be exhibited through leadership over multiple properties or portfolios; strategic planning and decision-making; mentorship and development of teams; advancement of best practices; and active involvement in BOMA Fort Worth.  Titles of this individual may include Director of Property Management; Portfolio Manager; General Manager; Senior Property Manager.

Judging Criteria:

  • Company is a BOMA Fort Worth member in good standing
  • 7 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, property management and managing teams
  • Manages a minimum of 3 properties in separate locations or 1mm sf in one location
  • Serves in a senior or executive leadership role
